2) Direct Deposit

Associates are eligible for direct deposit of their paycheck. This feature is safe, secure, and more convenient than picking up checks at their local branch and avoiding delays with the postal service.

3) Paycard Program

For associates that chose not to obtain a standard checking/savings account, we offer a special paycard account. Associates can open this debit account and have their checks directly deposited into their account weekly. Associates are given a debit card to access funds immediately. No need to wait for your paycheck or rush to the bank!

4) Referral Program

Horizons HR Services have developed an incentive program to encourage our employees to introduce our services to their family, friends, and associates. Earn money for each referral. There is no limit to how many you can submit.

5) Healthcare

Low cost, affordable healthcare benefits are available to our associates, such as employee-purchased health insurance, dental, vision, and 401k.
Benefit eligibility is dependent upon a variety of factors, including division location and client programs. Your account manager can help to identify programs and benefits to meet your needs.

6) 401 K

Saving for retirement is one of the most important things we must do during our working years. With a 401(k), you can save pre-tax dollars while working. Contributions to a traditional 401(k) are taken directly out of your paycheck before federal income taxes are withheld. Because the contributions are pre-tax, it lowers your total taxable income which means you might owe less in income taxes, regardless of whether you itemize or take the standard deduction.
