Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and verify package contents, ensuring accuracy against invoices and purchase orders
Inspect merchandise upon arrival for damage or discrepancies and follow reporting procedures
Ensure items meet export requirements; identify and flag non-exportable items
Accurately enter package and merchandise data into computer systems
Use digital tools such as document scanners, label printers, and digital cameras as part of the processing workflow
Maintain adherence to all safety standards and compliance regulations at the local, state, and federal levels
Attend required compliance training sessions and adhere to company policies and procedures
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and positive attitude

Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
