    FHA Property Coordinator

    EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED TO APPLY-FHA

    The FHA Repairs Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating repair services for our FHA client properties.  Coordinators will be responsible for communicating and dispatching vendors to properties, communicating with our clients, preparing and evaluating bids, monitoring work quality through photograph inspection, closing out the jobs once complete and ensuring all client deadlines and quality standards are met.

    This position will also entail sourcing new vendors, monitoring quality and performance of existing vendors and negotiating with vendors on timelines and pricing.  The coordinator will have multiple lines of communications between clients, brokers, agents, HOA’s and vendors.  Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of urgency and follow through are essential to this position.

    Job Description: Welder
    Responsible for fitting and welding of steel, aluminum and stainless steel parts using a MIG and/or TIG process. Serve as lead on the shift for others.

    Primary Responsibilities: Welder
    • Set up welding machines based on the job at hand or using a Welding Procedure Specification
