Job Duties: Maintenance Tech
- Change filters and bulbs within facility
- Light plumbing and electrical
- Paint interior and exterior as directed
- Complete basic repairs and installations
- Use basic hand and power tools necessary to complete the job
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Apartment Make-Ready – PREFERRED
- General Maintenance - PREFERRED
- Must pass drug test - REQUIRED
- Must submit to criminal background in accordance with local and federal regulations per company policy – REQUIRED
