Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a comprehensive understanding of injury law. Plaintiff Personal Injury practice. This role involves providing essential support to attorneys in case preparation, legal research, and document management.
Duties
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
  • Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents related to injury law
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate records using document management systems
  • Organize and maintain legal documents, ensuring compliance with court requirements and deadlines.
  • Provide executive administrative support to attorneys by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters.
  • Prepare trial materials and assist in trial preparation as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role within a legal environment.
  • Strong knowledge of injury law
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
