- Payrate - $19.00/HR
- Monday to Friday Schedule (OT available)

Responsibilities: Custodial Supervisor
- Manage 10-15+ Area Cleaners to perform the following
- Supervise staff and inspect building cleanliness for assigned shifts.
- Ensure each building is clean and ready for the next business day.
- Assign and direct staff to special set-ups and teardowns (coffee, tables, unlock and lock door, etc.)
- Ensure all buildings are locked.
- Respond to any emergency cleanings as needed.
- Ensure facilities are prepped for City events (meetings, training, events, celebrations, etc.)
- Fill in for staff as needed.
- Monitor supplies and notify Project Manager when supplies need to be ordered.
- Monitor equipment and notify Project Manager when repairs need to be made.
- Report any building maintenance issues to Facility Representative and Project Manager.
- Required to pass Sterling Heights background check
- Required US Driver’s License
Requirements: Custodial Supervisors
- GED/High School Diploma
- 2+ Years of Lead or Supervisor Role in a Custodial/Housekeeping setting
- VALID DRIVER LICENSE
- 2+ Years of Cleaning Experience in Industrial Setting Preferred
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated
- History of Strong Attendance
- Ability to Bend, Reach and Move Entire Shift
- Knowledge of English language
