Job Description: Lamination Line Operator
Lamination Line Operators are essential in supporting the production process and ensuring the smooth operation of the lamination manufacturing lines.
  • Operate Lamination Line: Start up, operate, clean, and shut down the lamination line.
  • Material Handling: Monitor and maintain material flow, blending, and drying during production.
  • Quality Control: Set up and monitor materials and machinery to meet client specifications.
  • Rewind Section Maintenance: Maintain the rewind section of the lamination line.
  • Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning of machines, equipment, and work areas using water and solvents.
  • Documentation: Complete all necessary production documentation during and after production runs.

Job Requirements: Lamination Line Operator
  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Mechanical Skills: Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to monitor and maintain production quality
  • Physical Demands: Able to perform cleaning duties and maintain cleanliness standards
