• Manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals, quality, and deadlines are met.
• Work directly with client with high sense of urgency
• Oversee shop floor activities, including forklift operations 
• Supervise and monitor shop floor employees, ensuring they have clear tasks and responsibilities.
• Manage quality control processes, ensuring products meet company and customer standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Institute new shop initiatives to enhance workflow, efficiency, and employee productivity.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance performance and maintain a skilled workforce.
• Analyze production data and shop performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and equipment maintenance.

• Certifications: Forklift certification preferred; OSHA training is a plus.
• Experience: 3+ years in a warehouse leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with inventory management systems, warehouse software, and Microsoft Office.
• Management: Managed Supervisors
