HR Specialist / Custodial Operations Supervisor Monday-Friday Weekly Pay

• Interview potential candidates for custodial job openings
• Maintaining staffing levels 
• Execute onboarding process for all new hires including but not limited to completing new hire paper work, confirming compliance requirements, first day orientation.
• Coordinates and provides general training / education for new employees in custodial requirements including general cleaning,  floor care, wall washing, carpet cleaning, and special procedures.
• Supervise employees in daily operations and evaluate performance for coaching 
• Analyzes work flow and procedures to identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and effectiveness
• Other duties as assigned.

• A minimum of one year experience in Janitorial Services preferred with strong customer service skills.
• Has Hired, Trained, and coached employees
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others in coordinating multiple tasks.
• Strong Computer Skills
• Understands basic HR and employee onboarding process
• High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required.
• Previous environmental services or housekeeping experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
