During the past 5 years, we have used Horizons HR Services to provide flexible labor based on production needs. Horizons HR Services has consistently provided us high quality service, is very responsive to our needs, and does an excellent job communicating with us on a daily basis.

We have contracts with three staffing agencies. Horizons HR Services has set itself apart from the other agencies and continues to provide all of our temporary associates. Our business operates 24 hours a day and the production schedule changes often. Horizons HR Services has proven to be the only staffing agency we work with that can respond to last minute changes in our schedule, even outside of normal business hours.

Horizons HR Services has shown an ability to adapt to our needs. One of our biggest challenges is no shows and walk offs. Horizons HR Services took the initiative to make adjustments to their orientation process in order to provide associates who are more likely to complete their shift and return for subsequent shifts. Horizons HR Services was also able to navigate the post-COVID labor shortage and continue to provide us excellent service.
